Born on 10.03.1948 in Antakya
He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Antakya. He is a graduate of Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Çapa).
He received Internal Diseases training for 3 years at SSK Istanbul Hospital and continued his specialization and associate professorship studies in the Department of Medical Ecology and Hydroclimatology at Istanbul University.
In 1986, he took part in the establishment and modernization of the Istanbul Rehabilitation Hospital belonging to the Ministry of Health and the establishment of orthotics-prosthetic technician school, and continued the duties of Hospital, School, Nursing Home, kindergartens, School Manager, Chief Medical Officer. He undertook the task of establishing a Rehabilitation Hospital in Azerbaijan (in Baku). After leaving these duties, he continued his health services in his own practice and has been working at Private Medicell Medical Center since February 2016.
